Return Policy

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at gadgetduniyainfo@gmail.com in with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the order and inform us of the same via email. Please note if the order is cancelled after shipping then shipping charges (if applied) will not be refunded.

Gadgetduniya.co.in is not accountable for any buyer complaints that the products is not original Or request to replace product next day from delivered product. Some of Our products are made in India and has great quality and hence cannot be compared to the original branded products and hence these complaints are non refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products either for paid or COD orders.

Please note that the return charge of ₹180 (Inc. tax) will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded to you,

In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order.

In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details will be required and the refund will be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM or any UPI app.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at @gadgetduniya.co.in The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
