At Gadget Duniya, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.
• You receive a defective product.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product is missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• Returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
• Reported within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used products.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Personal care and hygiene products once opened or used.
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective).

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be borne by Gadget Duniya.
• In other cases, return shipping charges may be applicable.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
